PARK HOTEL

 In Soviet times, and until 2008 the building served as the first hospital, and then the city clinic. In 2008, the executive order the building was classified to object known to be demolished. However, the Closed Joint-Stock Company "Tourist Center" bought it for the purpose of restoration and transformation into a hotel.
